"Ok being old and not computer savvy, this review is under my wife's google account. My name is Dana Smith and I have been a USAA insurance customer since 1993. I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Mustang Shelby. A week before the day of purchase I made some calls to have insurance prior to the actual day I picked up the car. USAA wouldn't insure the Shelby due to information from VIN Verifier not listing it as a Shelby. (technically they would, for 50K as a GT not 130K as a Shelby) Three "high end" car insurance companies would not insure the car if it was driven more than 20 miles a year. Geico hung up on me mid call. I was told by a friend to call this office--Elizabeth answered and we started a chat. She insured both my F250 and the new Shelby, came in on Saturday when the office was closed to bind the policy and was a thousand bucks cheaper for a 6 month policy. I have no words to express my gratitude for her ability and willingness to help. Call the office you won't be disappointed. Scouts Out."
