RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make a high volume of outbound calls every day to generate opportunities and appointments for the agency.
- Approach the phones with energy, urgency, and consistency—success in this role comes from doing the work day after day, even when you hear “no.”
- Identify and qualify prospects, uncover potential insurance needs, and create opportunities for our licensed team.
- Follow up relentlessly and professionally with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and previous conversations.
- Learn our products, scripts, systems, and sales process so you can continually improve your effectiveness on the phone.
- Track calls, conversations, leads, appointments, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM.
- Know your numbers and take ownership of your results. We measure activity and production because we want to know what is working and where we can improve.
- Participate in coaching, role-playing, and ongoing training with the goal of getting better every week.
- Represent our agency professionally and ensure all communications follow State Farm guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to a competitive, positive team environment where we push one another to perform at a high level.
